How to Make the Thanksgiving Hats
Making these Thanksgiving hats is as easy as pie! Here are the step-by-step instructions:
First, your child can select which design he or she wants to make. This printable includes a Pilgrim hat, an adorable turkey hat, a pumpkin hat, and a cornucopia hat.
First, grab your Thanksgiving hat free template and print the desired pages. I recommend using white cardstock if possible for more durability.
Let your child color and decorate their own hats to their heart’s content! They can make it as traditional or as wild as they like.
Once the coloring is done, cut out the hat along the solid lines.
Use a glue stick or tape to attach the strip of paper to the main part of the hat. Measure it around your child’s head until you have the correct size, then glue or tape it all together. You could also choose to use elastic or ribbon if you’d like more adjustability!
