Looking for a Thanksgiving game your kids can enjoy before the meal? Or other fun ideas for celebrating the holiday? Here are some of the best Thanksgiving activities for kids that are fun, easy, and educational.
Thanksgiving is just around the corner! We are looking forward to a small family gathering this year, lots of yummy food and fellowship. The kids love Thanksgiving too, and I’m always on the lookout for fun holiday-themed activities they will enjoy (bonus points if they are educational, right, fellow homeschool-mamas?).
I’ve pulled together some awesome, simple resources you will love to use this year (most of them FREE!). From crafts to books to music and more, you’re sure to find something for your homeschool or while the turkey is cooking.
Printable Placemats and Coloring Sheets
I love these free Thanksgiving placemats and coloring sheets from PK1Homeschool Fun! Your kids will love decorating the Thanksgiving table with their artwork. These place cards are so cute, easy to print, and will enjoyed by the kids as they wait for all of the yummy food.
