It’s time to travel! Use this Travel Pretend Play Packet as you “travel the world” in your homeschool, recording fun facts about 16 different countries, and creating a unique keepsake of your child’s learning.
Your elementary-aged kids might also love to simply use this in their pretend play.
Included in this printable pack:
- Pages to track “travel adventures” and create your own passport as you read and learn about countries around the world! Your kids will record what they like about the country, draw a picture of the country’s flag, food they eat, landmarks, and more!
- Sticker sheet with passport-themed stickers and 16 different countries to visit.
- Pretend airline tickets and luggage tags to make the learning come to life even more.
To use:
- Print out page 3 (the passport cover) and cut the page in half horizontally on the dotted line. Use a gluestick to glue the “Personal Information” half-sheet to the back of the cover page before folding to make a little booklet.
- Print page 4 (“Places I visited”) and do the same. This will be the page you can use to place a sticker for each country you learn about.
- Print page 5 & 6 front to back and make 8 copies. Cut in half and choose one for each country you learn about. Have your child fill in information for that country, then add it to your passport!
- Page 7 is the sticker sheet. If you have sticker paper, you can print on there; otherwise, simply cut out the circles and glue them in the passport.
- Print pages 8 and 9 on cardstock for durability in your travel play. You might give your kids a new ticket each day to share with them the country they will be visiting!
