Description
Inspired by Isaiah chapter 11, the Jesse Tree is a wonderful family Advent tradition that will help you celebrate God’s redemptive plan, from creation to the birth of Christ.
There are two Advent activities included in this set:
Advent Activity 1: Color and cut out the ornament for the day, and glue it to the Christmas tree. Study the ‘Story Behind the Ornament’ as a family.
Advent Activity 2: Hang a ribbon long enough to hold all 25 countdown cards. Color a card each day and clip it to the ribbon. Study the ‘Story Behind the Ornament’ as a family.
There are additional blank cards included in case your family would like to add other verses that remind you of Christ’s birth and the events leading up to it.
For older kids, an Advent writing activity is included that they may choose to do.
